Basic Home Inspection Web Site Package: Quick Start Option: $149.95 to setup and $29.95 a month for hosting. Save even more by paying for your web site hosting on an annual basis! Each non-member site comes with 12 prebuilt pages. If you select a template which has the InterNACHI logo on it, you will have to order template modification to remove that logo and replace it with your own. You can add as many other pages you want to the site, or edit, or delete any pages you like. Select the option you prefer: |

Template Modification: Add Your Logo or a Photo to any
Home Inspection Web Site template: $69.95 per template modification.
Client must provide original logo graphic in acceptable image format, and
must indicate which template you would like to have modified.
Please note that this flat rate option is only available for html based templates. Graphics based templates, including variations of Arches and LimeGreen are not eligible for flat-rate design but may be customized on an hourly rate basis. |

DocRep Document Upload- secure online report delivery
for home inspectors. Our Document Repository (DocRep™) lets you
upload documents for your customers to access online, using our easy-to-use
and intuitive user interface. Each document has its own unique username/password
key so that only the people who you want to have access to it will be
able to view it online. DocRep also lets you automatically notify your
clients via email when their report is available with specific instructions
on how to access it. Cost: $475 including installation, license and first year's hosting. $275 per year annual hosting & licensing fee after first year |

Transfer Your Web Site Content: If you have an existing web site that you want
content transferred from, we can take care of that for you. The cost for this service is $320 for up
to 4 hours of work. If your web site takes longer than that to migrate, you agree to be invoiced
for any overtime spent, at the standard rate of $20 per quarter hour. Important - your existing web site must still be LIVE for us to be able to transfer content. We will build out your new web site on temporary space then you will be able to do the DNS transfer when your new web site is ready. |

Domain-specific email (forwarding) accounts ([email protected]): $25 per email address, one time setup fee. Email accounts forward to your primary email address. This option may also be used to specify MX records in the even you have ordered full business email through GoDaddy or another registrar. All email accountholders are subject to abide by our terms of service agreement regarding unsolicited bulk email (UBE) and spam. | |
